If you’re running a warehouse in the Philippines today—e-commerce, distribution, retail, or manufacturing—this might sound familiar:
Pallets stacked on the floor “for now”… months na pala
Mixed SKUs crammed into the same locations because “dyan lang may space”
Forklifts and people squeezing through narrow, unsafe aisles
Staff walking hundreds of meters a day just to find and pick a few items
Bent uprights, improvised beams, and “okay pa ’yan” repairs holding everything up
And you’re already paying for it:
You’re paying for warehouse space you can’t fully use
Overtime keeps creeping up because picking is slow and confusing
Every client visit, audit, or owner walk-through makes you hope nothing looks too bad or falls over
You know that if volume grows again, the warehouse will get blamed when you can’t keep up

At the same time:
Relocating or building a bigger warehouse is expensive, slow, and risky.
But staying with the same layout and racks is slowly choking growth and increasing risk every day.
Before you think about moving, it makes sense to see exactly how much capacity and efficiency is still hidden in the warehouse you already have.
That’s what the Warehouse Capacity Multiplier™ Program is designed to show—and then build—for you.
We come into your existing warehouse and:
Audit your current capacity, flow, and safety
Design a fit-for-purpose racking layout around your building, SKUs, and equipment
Supply and install a safety-conscious racking system
Help you operate and maintain it properly

So you can:
Handle higher volume without immediately renting more space
Run faster, more organized operations
Sleep better knowing your racks are engineered, not improvised
This is for:
Warehouse owners & managers
Operations / logistics / supply chain heads
E-commerce and distribution business owners
Stockroom & inventory managers who are tired of fighting fires
If you just want the cheapest rack per meter, this is not for you.
If you want a warehouse that can carry your growth safely, read on.

Client: Great Deals E-Commerce Corp.
Leading e-commerce enabler in the Philippines.
Problem:
Exploding e-com volume, strict 24-hour fulfillment window per order, and a need to scale capacity fast without endlessly adding warehouse space.

What we did:
Engineered racking + flow to increase pallet positions while compressing required floorspace
Supported rapid expansions, especially during the 2020 lockdown period
Highlights (from their account):
Instead of leasing around 5,000 sqm, they were able to operate in about 1,000 sqm because of the racking and layout approach
Achieved roughly 4x pallet space versus floor stacking alone; with later upgrades, they reached much higher pallet capacity within similar footprints
Improved cost efficiency per pallet and per order by making better use of space

Client: Client: CBL Freight Courier Express
Problem:
Started warehousing with self-designed layouts and floor stacking
Assumed they could only go up to about 3 levels high safely
Couldn’t see the real capacity potential of their building

What we did:
Showed them how to maximize height safely, considering fire and earthquake rules
Designed and installed racking up to around 8 levels high where appropriate
Later helped them when they expanded their property, planning racking for new areas
Highlights (from their account):
Higher vertical utilization allowed them to serve more products and more clients
Able to support pharmaceutical companies and major government distribution projects
Better space use translated into more sales opportunities and smoother flow vs their previous provider’s “basic solutions”

Client: Dan’s Bike Shop – distributor and retailer of premium cycling and sports brands.
Problem:
To save money early on, they bought second-hand racks from closing warehouses
Racks didn’t match their products:
Too big for some items, too small for others
A lot of wasted vertical space and goods left on the floor
Boxes got dented and stacked badly, hurting brand perception at high-end dealers

What we did:
Advised on proper rack sizes and heights to use the full volume of the warehouse
Recommended racking per weight and size of brands, and organized racks around people flow and stock placement
Highlights (from their account):
More efficient stocking and faster picking because SKUs are now stored logically
Lower effective cost per sqm by storing more vertically instead of spreading horizontally
Stronger brand impression: packaging stays in better condition when delivered to dealers
Has been adding more racking since 2018 as they grow—Metaformation is now part of their ongoing warehouse planning

We keep Free Audit slots limited so we can give you real numbers, not rushed recommendations. Reserve your slot now.
It depends on warehouse size, target capacity, racking type, and project complexity.
During the Free Warehouse Capacity Audit, we’ll give you a capacity estimate and investment range so you can decide with full information.
From first site visit to usable new racking, many projects run around 30–60 days, depending on design approvals, material lead times, and site conditions. Larger or more complex projects may take longer.
We plan installation in phases and coordinate with your team. Some clients choose partial weekend or off-peak work. The goal is to keep your warehouse running as much as possible.
If your existing racks are structurally sound and compatible, we can often re-layout and integrate them. If they’re unsafe or too limiting, we’ll be honest and present options.
For the right project size and timeline, yes. We’ll discuss logistics and schedule during the discovery call.
Past projects have seen pallet capacity increases in the 50–60% range, but actual results depend on your building, layout, SKUs, and equipment.
The point of the audit and blueprint is to show you the realistic potential of your space before you consider relocating.
If your warehouse is starting to feel like a bodega…
If you’re worried about safety and running out of space…
If you expect your volume to grow in the next 12–36 months…
The smartest next step is not guessing. It’s getting real numbers.
Our Free Warehouse Capacity Audit is a no-obligation assessment where we:
Walk your warehouse (on-site or virtual, depending on location)
Identify wasted space and safety risks
Give you a rough estimate of potential pallet capacity with a proper racking layout.
No hard sell. Just clarity.

In past client projects, we’ve seen roughly 50–60% pallet capacity increases depending on layout, building, and SKU profile. Your results will vary based on your situation.
